v. Responding to Inquiries.
vi. Other related purposes associated with the above.

ICMG observes the Private Information Protection Law and other statutes when providing personal information to third parties.

4. Safety Controls for Personal Information

ICMG reinforces its managerial policy and educates its employees on the appropriate control of personal information, as well as taking preventative measures against the leakage, loss or misuse of personal information.

5. Request for Notification, Disclosure, Revision or Termination of Collected Personal Information

ICMG follows the Private Information Protection Law and acts immediately upon receiving a request from a concerned party with regard to disclosing, revising, supplementing, deleting, or terminating the use of personal information to third parties.
ICMG may not be able to act upon the abovementioned requests in cases where they do not meet the requirements specified in the Private Information Protection Law, or where ICMG is permitted by the said law or other statutes to decline such requests.
Please note that a request for Notification or Disclosure of the objectives for collecting and disclosing personal information may incur a handling charge.
